建立结肠透析液(B 液)中钾含量测定方法。采用银量法(法定方法)、四苯硼钠-季胺盐法、四苯硼钠-容量法、紫外-紫外导数光谱法、原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)及电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定结肠透析液(B 液)中钾的含量,并对六种方法的精密度、线性范围及检出限、加标回收率等做了比较。6种方法测定结果与法定法(银量法)结果一致,误差在允许范围内。FAAS 法是测定结肠透析液中钾含量的较优方法。
建立結腸透析液(B 液)中鉀含量測定方法。採用銀量法(法定方法)、四苯硼鈉-季胺鹽法、四苯硼鈉-容量法、紫外-紫外導數光譜法、原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)及電感耦閤等離子體髮射光譜法(ICP-AES)測定結腸透析液(B 液)中鉀的含量,併對六種方法的精密度、線性範圍及檢齣限、加標迴收率等做瞭比較。6種方法測定結果與法定法(銀量法)結果一緻,誤差在允許範圍內。FAAS 法是測定結腸透析液中鉀含量的較優方法。

Potassium content in colon dialysis solution(B solution) was respectively determined by six methods including argentometry method,sodium tetraphenylborate gravimetric method,sodium tetraphenylborate volumetric method,derivative spectrophotometry method,alame atomic absorption spectrophotometry method(FAAS) and inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry method(ICP-AES).And precision,linearity range,detection limit and standard recovery rate of the six methods were compared. The results show that the determination result of the six methods is in accord with that of statutory law (argentometry method); their errors are in allowable range;FAAS method is the best method for determining potassium content in colon dialysis solution.
