目的：探讨应用ICF简要核心组合类目评估康复科患者的功能水平，临床治疗疗效的可行性。方法选择2013年6月1日至2013年7月在我科住院符合条件的患者50例，分别用常规的日常生活活动( activities of daily living ， ADL)评定和巴氏评定，及用ICF简要核心组合类目（b130能量和驱力功能、b152情感功能、b280痛觉、d230进行日常事务、d230进行日常事务、d450步行、d455到处移动、d850有报酬的就业）由主管治疗师、主管医生、责任护士按ICF分级标准，分别在住院时、住院中期、出院时对患者进行综合评定。结果本研究使用的8项简要核心组合类目不仅评定耗时少而且比其他评估量表涵盖的内容更广，适合用于评定康复科各类患者。结论本研究ICF简要核心组合类目评定项目，对全面评定康复科患者治疗计划，功能水平，制定判断治疗疗效及做出院后的康复计划有进一步推广的可行性。

Objective To investigate the application of ICF core portfolio category briefly evaluate rehabilitation division of the patient's level of functionality, the feasibility of the clinical curative effect. Methods Choose 2013 June 1 to July 2013 hospitalized in our department in accordance with conditions of 50 cases of patients, respectively, with regular daily life activities (activities of daily living, ADL) evaluation and pasteurized, and combination with ICF core brief category (b130 energy and drive function, emotional function, b280 pain, d230 b152 in daily affairs, d230 walk in daily affairs and d450, d455 around mobile, d850 remunerative employment) the competent competent therapists, doctors, nurse grading standards in accordance with the ICF, respectively, in the middle, be in hospital at the time of admission, discharge for integrated assessment of the patients, Results This study used the eight core category combination evaluation not only briefly and less time consuming than other assessment scale covers the contents of the broader, al kinds of patients suitable for evaluation of recovery. Conclusions This study ICF core portfolio category briefly assess project, the comprehensive evaluation of rehabilitation patients treatment plan, function level, formulate the curative effect of the judgment and make rehabilitation program after the court has the feasibility of further promotion.
