目的：观察阿仑膦酸钠片、阿法骨化醇软胶囊和牡蛎碳酸钙片三联疗法对甲亢性骨质疏松患者（22-44岁）骨密度的影响。方法将90例甲亢性骨质疏松患者（22-44岁）随机分为3组，抗甲亢药物治疗组（B组）30例，抗甲亢药物加阿法骨化醇软胶囊、牡蛎碳酸钙片治疗组（A1组）30例，抗甲亢药物加阿仑膦酸钠片、阿法骨化醇软胶囊、牡蛎碳酸钙片三联治疗组（A2组）30例；疗程12个月后对比骨密度情况。结果抗甲亢药物加阿仑膦酸钠片、阿法骨化醇软胶囊、牡蛎碳酸钙片三联治疗组（A2组）腰椎、股骨的骨密度均明显升高（P＜0.05），明显高于A1组（P＜0.05），A1组高于B组（P＜0.05）。结论三联疗法提高甲亢患者的骨密度更明显。
목적：관찰아륜련산납편、아법골화순연효낭화모려탄산개편삼련요법대갑항성골질소송환자（22-44세）골밀도적영향。방법장90례갑항성골질소송환자（22-44세）수궤분위3조，항갑항약물치료조（B조）30례，항갑항약물가아법골화순연효낭、모려탄산개편치료조（A1조）30례，항갑항약물가아륜련산납편、아법골화순연효낭、모려탄산개편삼련치료조（A2조）30례；료정12개월후대비골밀도정황。결과항갑항약물가아륜련산납편、아법골화순연효낭、모려탄산개편삼련치료조（A2조）요추、고골적골밀도균명현승고（P＜0.05），명현고우A1조（P＜0.05），A1조고우B조（P＜0.05）。결론삼련요법제고갑항환자적골밀도경명현。
Objective To observe the effect of bone mineral density (BMD) of patients(22-44 years old)with osteoporosis caused by hyperthyroidism on which triple therapy combined with alendronate sodium tablets、alfa-calcidol soft capsules and oyster calcium carbonate. Methods Al 90 patients with osteoporosis caused by hyperthyroidism(22-44 years old) were randomly divided into three groups: antithyroid drug therapy as group B,antithyroid drug combined with alfa-calcidol soft capsules and oyster calcium carbonate therapy as group A1 and antithyroid drug combined with alendronate sodium tablets、alfa-calcidol soft capsules and oyster calcium carbonate therapy as group A2,each of them were al 30 patients. To compare the BMD of patients when therapy for 12 months. Results The BMD of lumbar spine and femoral of group A2 which were treated by antithyroid drug combined with alendronate sodium tablets、alfa-calcidol soft capsules and oyster calcium carbonate was significantly increase(p<0.05),and apparently higher than group A1 (p<0.05),and the BMD of the group A1 was higher than the group B too. Conclusion The triple therapy can significantly increase the BMD of patients with hyperthyroidism.
