为了节约单片机端口,SA4828芯片与P87LPC767单片机采用仿复用总线模式相连构成了板坯电磁搅拌器控制系统。SPWM脉冲由SA4828芯片产生,波形参数由单片机设定。系统利用SA4828芯片的单相电压幅值可调功能,产生相位相差90°、频率和强度可控的线电流,满足了板坯电磁搅拌的工艺要求。由于板坯电磁搅拌工作频率低,P87LPC767采用内部振荡信号, SA4828振荡信号由P87LPC767的ALE信号提供,简化了电路,增加了可靠性。

In order to save single-chip processor port resources,chip SA4828 and single-chip processor P87LPC767 are connected in the emulating multi-bus mode to compose the slab electromagnetic stirrer control system,with SPWM pulses generated by SA4828 and wave parameters being set through the single-chip processor.In the system,the function of adjustable single-phase voltage of SA4828 is used to generate a line current with 900 phase difference and controllable frequency and strength,thus meeting the technological requirement of the slab electromagnetic stirring.Due to the low working frequency of the slab electromagnetic stirring,as well as the internal oscillating signal adopted in P87LPC767,the ALE signal of P87LPC767 provides the oscillating signal for SA4828,thus simplifying the circuit and improving its reliability.
