目的探讨小儿扁桃体挤切术的心理干预与护理措施。方法2013年1月~2013年9月，我院共收治84例慢性扁桃体炎患儿，采取一系列的心理干预措施。结果经过一系列心理干预措施和正确的护理，患儿全部心理生理恢复健康，重返校园，无一例并发症发生。结论术后对患儿进行心理干预措施，密切观察手术创面情况，把好饮食关，从而降低术后伤口的出血发生，能促进术后创面的愈合速度，消除患儿的心理障碍。
목적탐토소인편도체제절술적심리간예여호리조시。방법2013년1월~2013년9월，아원공수치84례만성편도체염환인，채취일계렬적심리간예조시。결과경과일계렬심리간예조시화정학적호리，환인전부심리생리회복건강，중반교완，무일례병발증발생。결론술후대환인진행심리간예조시，밀절관찰수술창면정황，파호음식관，종이강저술후상구적출혈발생，능촉진술후창면적유합속도，소제환인적심리장애。
Objective To explore the nursing measures and psychological intervention for children tonsil guil otine. Methods In 2013 01 to 2013 09 months, were treated in our hospital 84 cases of chronic tonsil itis in children with psychological intervention, to take a series of measures. Results After a series of psychological intervention and correct nursing, al the children psychological and physiological health, to return to the campus, with no complications. Conclusion Postoperative psychological intervention on patients, close observation of operation wound, good diet, so as to reduce the occurrence of postoperative wound bleeding, can promote the healing of wound after operation speed, eliminate the psychological disorders in children.
