魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)氧化改性后与马铃薯淀粉复配,用于制备新型植物空心胶囊。该文通过正交试验分析了氧化魔芋葡甘聚糖(OKGM)/马铃薯淀粉配比、胶液浓度、反应温度和反应时间对制备OKGM-马铃薯淀粉复合膜的影响。结果显示制备复合膜的最佳工艺参数为:OKGM/马铃薯淀粉配比1∶3、胶液浓度1.25%、反应温度60℃、反应时间3 h;此条件下制备的复合膜拉伸强度为20.8 MPa,断裂伸长率为21.3%,透光率为21.9%,透湿系数为5.1×10-9 g/(mm·h·mmHg),吸湿量为7.6%,水滴渗透时间为33 min/mm。

Oxide modified Konjac glucomannan(KGM)were compound with potato starch for the preparation of new plants capsules. An orthogonal test was conducted to investigate the effects of the ratio of oxidation konjac glucomannan(OKGM)/potato starch,glue concentration,reaction temperature and reaction time on the preparation of OKGM-potato starch composite film. The results showed that it would be the optimal parameters of the composite film when the OKGM/potato starch ratio was 1∶3,glue concentration was 1.25%,reaction temperature was 60℃,and reaction time was 3 h. Under this condition,the tensile strength of the composite film was 20.8 MPa,the break elongation was 21.3%,the light transmittance was 21.9%,the coefficient of moisture permeability was 5.1×10-9 g/(mm·h·mmHg),the coefficient of moisture absorption was 7.6%,the droplets permeation time was 33 min/mm,and these performances are all satisfied the requirements of hollow capsules,so they can be used in the preparation of plant capsules.
