目的 提高临床教学质量,培养实用型和创新型医学人才..方法 分析当前妇产科学临床教学面临的主要困境,通过采取加强人文关怀、强化带教意识、严格出科考试制度等举措,提高妇产科学临床教学的实效性..结果 妇产科学临床教学改革极大地激发了学生的学习热情和积极性,提高了学生的综合素质,并在一定程度上转变了临床教师重医疗轻教学的思想..结论 培养学生的人文情怀和强化教师的带教意识是提高临床实习教学效率的前提条件;灵活多样的参与互动教学模式是改善临床教学环境、提高教学质量的重要保证;合格的出科考试是检验临床实习成就的有力措施.

Objective To improve clinical teaching quality and culture practical and innovative medical professionals.Methods Through analysis of current dilemma in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology,we have proposed some new teaching reform,such as enhancing humanistic care,emphasizing on teaching awareness,establishing stringent out-department exam system etc,in order to promote the effect of internship.Results Anonymity questionnaire informed that new teaching methods not only greatly motivate the students'learning passion and enthusiasm,and advance clinical capability,but to some extent converted the notion of attaching importance to medical activities while ignoring clinical teaching.Conclusions Cultivating student's humanistic feel and promoting tutors'teaching awareness is a prerequisite to improve the efficiency of clinical teaching.Flexible and diverse participative pedagogies guarantee a fine teaching envirenment and solid teaching quality while stringent out-department examination is a valid measure to testify the effect of clinical studying.
