长跑训练对学生的速度、耐力、力量等都有很高的要求,它对培养学生的拼搏精神、吃苦耐劳能力以及促进学生身心健康都有很大的作用。青少年正处于身体发育的旺盛时期,身体机能的可塑性较大,作为职校体育训练重要部分的长跑训练就要结合学生的生长发育特点,制定有效的训练方法。本文就从心理素质训练和身体素质训练两方面来对职校体育长跑训练进行分析。

Long-distance training has high demands on the student's speed,endurance,strength,and it can help with students' fighting spirit,hard-working ability.Promote students' physical and mental health has a significant role.Young people are in the physical development of a strong period of plasticity of physical function,long-distance training as an important part of vocational sports training is necessary to combine the growth and development characteristics of the students,the development of effective training methods.The long-distance training of vocational school sports from the two aspects of the psychological quality of training and physical training.
