    我国目前的人力资源课程教学的方式简单,教学方法单一。本文试图引入无领导小组讨论方法进入课堂,通过总结无领导小组讨论的一些基本规律,增强学生学习的积极性,提升学生的综合素质。

    At present,the teaching methods of human resource management courses is simple.This paper is attempting to introduce the leaderless group discussion method into the classroom,and summarizing the rules of the leaderless group discussion to enhance the learning enthusiasm of students and improve the comprehensive quality of students.
