Environmental risk management became an important and indispensable part of the environmental impact assessment in the chemical industry of potential accident risk.With the global high-speed acceleration of the industrialization process,the probability of occurrence of new environmental risks was gradually increasing.So environmental risk management was the security in the sustainable development of large-scale chemical enterprise,which was closely related to environment pollution.An over view was made about new ideals on environmental risk management of large-scale chemical industrial enterprise based on the characteristics of the chemical industrial.
