为了解决微波松散回潮比切片回潮后的出口水分置信度偏低问题,以5 500kg/h片烟生产线配置为例,通过对两种回潮工序工艺流程、回潮筒体结构改造以及片烟处理方式等方面进行比较,以提高微波松散回潮后出口水分置信度,达到减少与切片回潮的差异的目的。
為瞭解決微波鬆散迴潮比切片迴潮後的齣口水分置信度偏低問題,以5 500kg/h片煙生產線配置為例,通過對兩種迴潮工序工藝流程、迴潮筒體結構改造以及片煙處理方式等方麵進行比較,以提高微波鬆散迴潮後齣口水分置信度,達到減少與切片迴潮的差異的目的。

In order to solve the problem of low degree of confidence of Microwave loosening and conditioning in contrast to strip conditioning,research on the two different conditioning process flows,cylinder structures and ways of strips processing was carried out to improve the degree of confidence of outlet moisture after Microwave Loosening and Conditioning,so the gap of degree of confidence for outlet moisture between Microwave Loosening and Conditioning and strip conditioning was narrowed.
