利用植物微观动态离子流检测技术研究水稻正常幼苗和白化突变体根部对K＋、Ca2＋、NH4＋、H＋离子的吸收规律,探讨叶色突变对离子吸收的直接影响。结果表明,水稻白化突变体光合作用丧失,导致质子梯度降低（H＋外排减弱）,次级主动运输受阻,根系吸收离子（K＋、Ca2＋、NH4＋）的能力降低、造成细胞代谢功能紊乱,生长发育停滞。
이용식물미관동태리자류검측기술연구수도정상유묘화백화돌변체근부대K＋、Ca2＋、NH4＋、H＋리자적흡수규률,탐토협색돌변대리자흡수적직접영향。결과표명,수도백화돌변체광합작용상실,도치질자제도강저（H＋외배감약）,차급주동운수수조,근계흡수리자（K＋、Ca2＋、NH4＋）적능력강저、조성세포대사공능문란,생장발육정체。
We made research on the accumulation rule on K＋,Ca2＋,NH4＋ and H＋ of the root of normal rice seeding and albino mutant by PMDITT（Plant Micro Dynamic Ion flux-Test Technique）,and discussed the direct impact on ion absorption of albino mutation.The results showed that the albino mutation can＇t carry on photosynthesis,and it would lead to reducing the grads of hydrion,blocking the secondary active transport,and reducing the accumulation of ion（K＋、Ca2＋、NH4＋）by root.Then the cell metabolism became disordered,and the albino mutation stopped growing.
