分别采用微波消解法和开水浸泡法处理茶叶,用ICP-AES法检测其中镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)、铝(Al)、钙(Ca)、锰(Mn)的含量.检测结果表明,浸泡方法微量元素含量低于微波消解法;线性工作范围为0.01~100.00μg/mL(r=0.999 9),对方法检出限也进行了探讨;对Mg,Fe,Al,Ca,Mn 5种元素进行加标回收率实验,每种元素加标3种浓度,加标回收率为90%~110%.

Microwave digestion method and boiled water were used respectively to deal with tea,and Cd,Cr,Mg,Fe,Al,Ca,Mn concentrations were detected by ICP-AES.Test results show that the concentrations from dissolution were lower than those from microwave digestion.The linear range was 0.01 μg/mL to 100 μg/mL(r = 0.999 9).The upper bound of detection limit of the methods was also discussed.The spike recovery experiment was done for the five elements Fe,Mg,Al,Ca,and Mn.Each element was spiked at three concentrations and the spike recovery rates were from 90% to 110%.
