According to Marx＇ s Law of value theory and the price formation theory, the paper illustrates the components and the realization channels of the unit price of quota labor, analyzes the problems involved in the measurement of the unit price of quota labor, and points out the measurement of the unit price of quota labor and the reference methods for the adjustment, so as to direct the work for the local cost management departments.
