针对我国现阶段城镇污水管网系统建设存在的弊端,分别从设计—施工—管理以及收集—处理—排放两方面,提出了具体的应对措施,以解决因城镇化建设过程中人口集中快和污水量增长迅速给管网系统建设带来的问题,从而不断提高城镇污水管网建设水平,同时保证系统运行的稳定性和可靠性。
針對我國現階段城鎮汙水管網繫統建設存在的弊耑,分彆從設計—施工—管理以及收集—處理—排放兩方麵,提齣瞭具體的應對措施,以解決因城鎮化建設過程中人口集中快和汙水量增長迅速給管網繫統建設帶來的問題,從而不斷提高城鎮汙水管網建設水平,同時保證繫統運行的穩定性和可靠性。
침대아국현계단성진오수관망계통건설존재적폐단,분별종설계—시공—관리이급수집—처리—배방량방면,제출료구체적응대조시,이해결인성진화건설과정중인구집중쾌화오수량증장신속급관망계통건설대래적문제,종이불단제고성진오수관망건설수평,동시보증계통운행적은정성화가고성。
In view of defects of domestic urban sewage network system construction at present stage,the paper puts forward specific countermeasures from two aspects of design-construction-administration and collection-treatment-emission,so as to solve water network system construction problems owing to fast population concentration and growing sewage quantity in urbanization construction process.As a result,it not only constantly improve urban sewage network construction level,but also guarantees the stability and reliability of system operation.
