目的探讨围手术期护理干预对白内障超声乳化手术患者的影响.方法将200例首次接受白内障超声乳化手术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例.观察组实施围手术期全程护理干预,对照组采用常规护理方法.结果观察组患者血压、心率较稳定,波动小(P＜0.01、P＜0.05),术中疼痛率降低(P＜0.05).结论实施围手术期护理干预措施,有利于减少白内障超声乳化手术患者的不适与并发症发生,确保手术成功率.
목적 탐토위수술기호리간예대백내장초성유화수술환자적영향.방법 장200례수차접수백내장초성유화수술적환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조,매조각100례.관찰조실시위수술기전정호리간예,대조조채용상규호리방법.결과 관찰조환자혈압、심솔교은정,파동소(P＜0.01、P＜0.05),술중동통솔강저(P＜0.05).결론 실시위수술기호리간예조시,유리우감소백내장초성유화수술환자적불괄여병발증발생,학보수술성공솔.
Objective To explore the effects of perioperative nursing intervention on cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification. Methods 200 cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification were randomly assigned to receive perioperative custodial nursing intervention ( 100 patients, study group ), or conventional nursing ( 100 patients, control group ). Results Blood pressure and heart rate were relatively stable in the study group ( P ＜ 0.01 and P ＜ 0.05 ). The rate intraoperative pain was declined ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusions Perioperative nursing intervention is beneficial for reducing discomfort and complications in cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification and ensure the success rate of the procedure.
