目的提高对肠粘连合并肠扭转早期诊断率。方法回顾性分析我院肠粘连合并肠扭转的诊断治疗经验。结果13例均有手术史及肠梗阻典型症状和体征，腹部透视与腹部立位平面相结合，对诊断肠粘连合并肠扭转具有重要意义。结论提高对肠粘连合并肠扭转的认识，早期正确的确诊率是治愈率的关键。

Objective To improve the early diagnosis rate of intestinal adhesion with volvulus. Methods A retrospective analysis of the experience in diagnosis and treatment of intestinal adhesion with volvulus. Results 13 patients had operation history and typical symptoms and signs of intestinal obstruction, abdominal X-ray and abdominal orthostatic plane combination, is of great significance to diagnose intestinal adhesion with volvulus. Conclusion To improve the understanding of intestinal adhesion with volvulus, early and correct diagnosis rate is the key to cure rate.
