运用文献资料法、田野调查法在对社会“乐”文化与农家“乐”文化辨别分析的基础上，对蕴藏在农家之中的“乐”文化元素及体育健康功能干预下的农家“乐”文化进行了分析研究。结果表明：体育健身功能融入“农家乐”载体是实现城乡体育文化统筹发展的重要组成部分，是具有时代“乐”文化价值的社会探索。通过对农家“乐”文化的分析，探索了城乡群众日益增长的体育健康文化所需的硬、软件资源条件的互补，进而为缩小城乡体育差距提供了认识路径的思考；农家乐融入体育健身功能，能够有效挖掘与丰富农家“乐”文化，使之更加具体化、明晰化，具体表现为乐体、乐心、乐情、乐融、乐归、乐俗、乐伴等方面，即农家“七乐”文化。通过农家乐融入体育健身功能的发展建设，对我国当今社会普通百姓的“乐”文化的追求提出了建设性的参考。

With the methods of literature and field investigation and on the basis of comparative analysis of social entertainment culture and“farmhouse”rural entertainment culture,a study was made on the entertainment elements hidden in farmhouse culture and those influenced by sports health intervention. The results showed that physical fitness function into the“ farmhouse” carrier is an important part of rural and urban sports culture development. Through the farmhouse entertainment culture analysis,it explores the growing needs for mass sports culture hardware and software resources and conditions in urban and rural areas,and thus provides a reference for narrowing the gap between them;farmhouse features can be integrated into physical fitness and effectively rich rural entertainment culture. Through the construction of sports fitness function integrated into farmhouse entertainment culture,this paper has put forward constructive references for the entertainment and fitness of mass people.
