目的:探讨肉毒毒素治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效观察及其对血浆β-内啡肽的影响。方法:带状疱疹后神经痛患者400例根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各200例,对照组采用卡马西平结合利多卡因治疗,治疗组给予肉毒毒素治疗。结果:两组的显效率分别为85.0%和65.0%,治疗组明显高于对照组( P<0.05)。两组治疗前VAS评分对比无明显差异,治疗后1个月与2个月的VAS评分都明显下降(P<0.05),组间对比也有明显差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前血浆β-内啡肽对比无明显差异,治疗后组间与组内对比差异明显( P<0.05)。结论:肉毒毒素治疗带状疱疹后神经痛能提高治疗疗效,缓解疼痛程度,其有效机制的发挥可能于促进β-内啡肽的分泌有关。

목적:탐토육독독소치료대상포진후신경통적료효관찰급기대혈장β-내배태적영향。방법:대상포진후신경통환자400례근거치료방법적불동분위치료조여대조조각200례,대조조채용잡마서평결합리다잡인치료,치료조급여육독독소치료。결과:량조적현효솔분별위85.0%화65.0%,치료조명현고우대조조( P<0.05)。량조치료전VAS평분대비무명현차이,치료후1개월여2개월적VAS평분도명현하강(P<0.05),조간대비야유명현차이(P<0.05)。량조치료전혈장β-내배태대비무명현차이,치료후조간여조내대비차이명현( P<0.05)。결론:육독독소치료대상포진후신경통능제고치료료효,완해동통정도,기유효궤제적발휘가능우촉진β-내배태적분비유관。
Objective: To investigate the effect of botulinum toxin for treating post-herpetic neuralgia and the influence on the plasma β-endorphin effects .Method:400 cases with post-herpetic neuralgia were divided into treatment group and control group , the control group were treated with carbamazepine combined with lidocaine treatment , the treatment group were received botulinum toxin treatment .Result:The efficien-cy were 85.0%and 65.0%in the treatment group and the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant difference in VAS scores compared before treatment and were significantly decreased ( P <0.05 ) after one month and two months treatment ( P<0.05) that compared between the two groups had significantly different (P<0.05).Before treatment, the plasma β-endorphin contrasted had no significant difference between the two groups, after treatment there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion: Botulinum toxin for treating postherpetic neuralgia can improve the therapeutic efficacy and relief the degree of pain , which may play an effective mechanism for the promotion of β-endorphin secretion .
