目的：探讨在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术采用不同方式止血对残留卵巢功能的影响。方法对2012年1月-2013年8月该院收治的126例卵巢囊肿患者进行回顾性分析，按照治疗方法分为观察组和对照组各63例，对照组采用电凝止血，观察组采用镜下缝合法止血，比较2组血清雌二醇（ E2）、促卵泡激素（ FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）、卵巢间质血流收缩期峰值（PSV）及卵巢窦卵泡数。结果2组术后1个月 E2水平、PSV 及卵巢窦卵泡数明显低于术前，FSH 水平明显高于术前，但是对照组降低或升高的程度明显高于观察组，差异有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05），观察组术后6个月 E2、FSH、LH 水平、PSV 及卵巢窦卵泡数与术前比较差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。结论采用镜下缝合法止血对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者卵巢功能的影响明显小于电凝止血。
목적：탐토재복강경하란소낭종박제술채용불동방식지혈대잔류란소공능적영향。방법대2012년1월-2013년8월해원수치적126례란소낭종환자진행회고성분석，안조치료방법분위관찰조화대조조각63례，대조조채용전응지혈，관찰조채용경하봉합법지혈，비교2조혈청자이순（ E2）、촉란포격소（ FSH）、촉황체생성소（LH）、란소간질혈류수축기봉치（PSV）급란소두란포수。결과2조술후1개월 E2수평、PSV 급란소두란포수명현저우술전，FSH 수평명현고우술전，단시대조조강저혹승고적정도명현고우관찰조，차이유통계학의의（ P ﹤0.05），관찰조술후6개월 E2、FSH、LH 수평、PSV 급란소두란포수여술전비교차이무통계학의의（P ﹥0.05）。결론채용경하봉합법지혈대복강경하란소낭종박제술환자란소공능적영향명현소우전응지혈。
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy different hemostasis on residual o-varian function. Methods From January 2012 to August 2013,126 cases of patients with ovarian cysts in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment method,each of 63 cases. The control group was given electric coagulation hemostasis,while the observation group received laparoscopic suture hemostasis. The E2,FSH,LH,PSV and ovarian antral follicle count of 2 groups were compared. Results After one month,The E2 levels,PSV and ovarian antral follicle count of 2 groups were significantly lower than that before operation,and FSH levels of which were significantly higher than that before operation,but the degree of decrease or increase in the control group was sig-nificantly higher than that in the observation group,the differences were statistically siginifcant(P ﹤ 0. 05). After 6 months,the differences of E2,FSH levels,PSV and ovarian antral follicle count were not statistically significant compared with before opera-tion in the observation group(P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of endoscopic suture hemostasis on ovarian function was sig-nificantly less than the electric coagulation hemostasis.
