目的：探讨负压封闭引流技术（VSD）治疗腹部切口多重耐药菌感染的优势。方法将2005年后采用 VSD 治疗的40例患者作为 VSD 组，将采用开放换药的40例患者作为开放组，比较2组切口清洁时间、换药次数、切口愈合时间的差异。结果2组患者在切口清洁时间、换药次数及切口愈合时间方面比较，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论 VSD 治疗腹部切口多重耐药菌感染有效，可明显缩短切口愈合时间和治疗时间，减少换药次数。
목적：탐토부압봉폐인류기술（VSD）치료복부절구다중내약균감염적우세。방법장2005년후채용 VSD 치료적40례환자작위 VSD 조，장채용개방환약적40례환자작위개방조，비교2조절구청길시간、환약차수、절구유합시간적차이。결과2조환자재절구청길시간、환약차수급절구유합시간방면비교，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론 VSD 치료복부절구다중내약균감염유효，가명현축단절구유합시간화치료시간，감소환약차수。
Objective To investigate the advantage of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of abdominal incision multiple resistant bacteria infection. Methods Since 2005,40 cases of patients treated with VSD were selected as VSD group,40 cases of patients treated with open dressing were selected as open group. The differences of incision cleaning time,dressing change times and incision healing time were compared. Results The differences of incision cleaning time, dressing change times and incision healing time were statistically significant between 2 groups(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion It is effective for VSD in treatment of abdominal incision multiple resistant bacteria infections,which can significantly shorten wound healing time and reduce the frequency of dressing change.
