目的探讨老年人垂体瘤行单鼻孔经鼻蝶手术后的护理方法。方法入院及术前备皮并向患者做好解释工作，安抚患者紧张情绪。术后观察生命体征变化，鼻部敷料，准确记录24 h出入量，对低钠血症尿崩症及脑脊液漏及时观察，做好患者的基础护理和心理护理。结果患者术后无1例死亡。结论通过良好的对患者进行术前术后的全程护理及细心的观察病情，保证了患者在较为稳定的情绪中能够很好的配合医务工作人员，得到有效的治疗至出院。

Objective Study postoperative nursing methods of elderly patients with pituitary adenoma through single nostril-endonasal transsphenoidal approach surgery. Methods After admissions and preoperative skin preparations,explain to the patients to reassure their anxious.And observe their changes of vital signs after perations. Results The access amount accurately in 24 hours after nasal dressing,and then observe hyponatremia,diabetes insipidus or leakage of cerebrospinal timely.At the same time,do a good job in basic nursing and psychological nursing of patients.Result:The health status of patients can be bet er.Conclusion The patients can be treated ef ectively by nursing carefully through this method,and then get well.
