汽车前保险杠在 RCAR正面40%低速碰撞中及与行人下肢碰撞中起着吸能与缓冲的作用,汽车保险杠的刚度对于满足 RCAR 等级评价及行人下肢保护两种性能都有很大的影响。综合考虑行人下肢保护法规与 RCAR 的要求,以材料为变量进行正交试验设计,分别采用响应面法和综合平衡法对汽车保险杠进行多目标优化。研究结果表明,响应面法能够很好地表征材料屈服强度与各个目标值之间的关系,综合平衡法能更好地解决离散的、变量少、水平数少的多目标优化问题。经优化后,汽车保险杠的整体性能得到了提高。
汽車前保險槓在 RCAR正麵40%低速踫撞中及與行人下肢踫撞中起著吸能與緩遲的作用,汽車保險槓的剛度對于滿足 RCAR 等級評價及行人下肢保護兩種性能都有很大的影響。綜閤攷慮行人下肢保護法規與 RCAR 的要求,以材料為變量進行正交試驗設計,分彆採用響應麵法和綜閤平衡法對汽車保險槓進行多目標優化。研究結果錶明,響應麵法能夠很好地錶徵材料屈服彊度與各箇目標值之間的關繫,綜閤平衡法能更好地解決離散的、變量少、水平數少的多目標優化問題。經優化後,汽車保險槓的整體性能得到瞭提高。

The front bumper of the car plays the roles of energy absorption and buffering in the front impact of 40% of RCAR (Research Council for Automobile Repairs)and the impact between the lower leg of pedestrian with the bumper of the car,and its stiffness has a significant impact on both bumper performances of satisfying RCAR requirement for level estimate and the lower leg protection of pedestrian.Multi-obj ective optimization for the bumper considering the RCAR requirements and pedestrian protection rules was carried out.Orthogonal method was used to design the experiment with the variables of material.Both response surface methodology (RSM)and integral balance method were used to optimize the bumper of the car.The study results show that the RSM can well manifest the relationship between the yield strength of the materials and the targets,while the integral balance method can well solve the problems of discrete variable,less variables and low levels. The overall performances of the bumper of the car are improved after optimization.
