文章运用Bootstrap-DEA的Malmquist生产率指数法，测算了2003-2010年中国37家商业银行的全要素生产率，并与剔除不良贷款情况下得到的结果进行对比分析。研究发现：样本时期内，中国银行业的全要素生产率整体呈现增长趋势，生产率提高主要来源于技术进步；四大国有银行生产率发展态势较为平稳，股份制和城市商业银行的生产率波动较大，不过三类银行的生产率水平差异趋向缩小；剔除不良贷款的影响，中国银行业全要素生产率将得到提高。

Under the constraints of non-performing loans ,this paper measures the total factor produc-tivity(TFP) index of 37 commercial banks in China from 2003 to 2010 by Malmquist productivity in-dex method based on Bootstrap-DEA .And the paper compares the results with those without consid-ering non-performing loans .It is found that during the given periods ,the T FP index of all commercial banks shows a growing tendency and the growth of TFP derives mainly from technological progress . It can be seen that the productivity development of state-ow ned commercial banks is much more stable w hile the fluctuation is obvious for joint-stock banks and city commercial banks ,but the differences of the three types of banks in productivity level tend to shrink .When the non-performing loans are ex-cluded ,the TFP of Chinese banking industry will be improved .
