在构建城市文化软实力“6维度-24指标”评价指标体系的基础上，运用因子分析法对我国大陆地区31个省会城市（包括直辖市）文化软实力进行综合评价。评价结果表明，北京、杭州、广州、上海和南京5大城市的文化软实力处于最高水平，而乌鲁木齐、贵阳、海口、银川和西宁等5城市的文化软实力相对较低；此外，我国城市文化软实力具有显著的区域差异性，东部地区要明显高于全国平均水平，而中西部地区相对较低。
재구건성시문화연실력“6유도-24지표”평개지표체계적기출상，운용인자분석법대아국대륙지구31개성회성시（포괄직할시）문화연실력진행종합평개。평개결과표명，북경、항주、엄주、상해화남경5대성시적문화연실력처우최고수평，이오로목제、귀양、해구、은천화서저등5성시적문화연실력상대교저；차외，아국성시문화연실력구유현저적구역차이성，동부지구요명현고우전국평균수평，이중서부지구상대교저。
Based on the construction of the evaluation index system of urban cultural soft power with “6 dimensions-24 indicators” ,this paper evaluates the cultural soft power of 31 provincial capital cities in Chinese mainland including municipalities by the factor analysis method .The evaluation results show that ,the cultural soft power of Beijing ,Hangzhou ,Guangzhou ,Shanghai and Nanjing is at the high-est level ,while the cultural soft power of cities such as Urumchi ,Guiyang ,Haikou ,Yinchuan and Xining is relatively low .In addition ,there are significant regional variations in urban cultural soft power ,the urban cultural soft power of the eastern region is significantly higher than the national av-erage ,and those of central and western regions are relatively low .
