以注射模内模镶拼结构尺寸链为研究对象,将封闭环尺寸设置为参数,用ANSYS中的APDL语言进行参数化建模,分析不同封闭环尺寸下镶拼结构装配应力的变化,整个过程用命令流完成。因此只要修改参数值即可完成整个模型的应力变化分析。同时提出一种模具尺寸误差分析方法和思路。
以註射模內模鑲拼結構呎吋鏈為研究對象,將封閉環呎吋設置為參數,用ANSYS中的APDL語言進行參數化建模,分析不同封閉環呎吋下鑲拼結構裝配應力的變化,整箇過程用命令流完成。因此隻要脩改參數值即可完成整箇模型的應力變化分析。同時提齣一種模具呎吋誤差分析方法和思路。

Regarding the dimensional system of injection mold internal structure as the research object, closed dimensions as parameters, using ANSYS APDL language to launch parameterized modeling, thus analyses of stress changes of spell structure assembly in accordance with different closed dimensional systems were generated. The whole process was finished by using the command flow. In conclusion, modification of parameter values can complete the whole modeling of stress change analyses. Meanwhile, a new kind of molding size error analyzing method was proposed.
