以平行流蒸发器侧板为研究对象,采用板料成形有限元分析软件Dynaform对这种复杂的拉伸件进行毛坯料尺寸估算和外形轮廓优化;同时模拟了整个拉伸成形过程,为设计合理的拉伸工艺和模具提供参考,从而了缩短设计时间。该拉伸件级进模的成功生产证明了基于Dynaform的优化方案是正确可行的。

The parallel flow evaporator side plate was discussed, and the blank size was estimated as well as the blank profile was optimized based on Dynaform. Meanwhile, the drawing process, especially the first drawing was simulated in order to obtain reasonable drawing parameters to design the progressive die and short the design time. The successful production of progressive die for this complex drawing part proved that the optimum design was correct.
