分别采集2011午和2012年云南省蒙自市石榴花期生产的24个蜂蜜样品，对各主要指标进行检测。测定结果表明蜂蜜样品中水分（21．92±1．64）％；淀粉酶值（18．79±6．10）mL／（g·h）；酸度（14．13±1．67）（1mol／LNaOH）mL／kg；还原糖（74．20±1．49）％；葡萄糖（38．00±1．05）茗；蔗糖（2．26±1．28）％；总糖（76．58土2．75）％；灰分（0．06±0．03）名。通过对两年生产的石榴花蜂蜜各指标含量进行差异性分析，结果都不显著（P〉0．05）。

분별채집2011오화2012년운남성몽자시석류화기생산적24개봉밀양품，대각주요지표진행검측。측정결과표명봉밀양품중수분（21．92±1．64）％；정분매치（18．79±6．10）mL／（g·h）；산도（14．13±1．67）（1mol／LNaOH）mL／kg；환원당（74．20±1．49）％；포도당（38．00±1．05）명；자당（2．26±1．28）％；총당（76．58토2．75）％；회분（0．06±0．03）명。통과대량년생산적석류화봉밀각지표함량진행차이성분석，결과도불현저（P〉0．05）。
24 pomegranate honey specimens was collected in 2011 and 2012 respectively in Mengzi county of Yunnan province, some physical and chemical indexes of these specimens were measured as moisture (21.92 ±1.64) %, amylase value (18.79 ±6.10) mL/(g ·h) ,acidity (14.13 ± 1.67) (lmol/LNaOH)mL/kg, reducing sugar ( 74.20 ± 1.49) % and sucrose (38.00 ±1.05) %. The total sugar content (76.58 ± 2.75) %and ash content (0.06 ± 0.03) % were also measured. Result showed that there weren' t significant difference of these contents between the specimens of two years (P〉0.05) .
