湖北省长阳土家族自治县是武陵山区的水产业大县，具有发展水产业得天独厚的资源条件。调研发现长阳县水产品整体产量已经达到饱和状态。同时。在管理制度、非法捕捞、发展观念、科研投入、科技水平等方面存在诸多问题，致使该县水产业的可持续发展面临严峻挑战。针对上述突出问题，在深入调查的基础上，文章提出了长阳县水产业走绿色可持续发展之路的基本对策。长阳县政府应做好水产业的科学规划，积极进行产业结构调整，加强渔业管理，营造良好的经营环境，建立水产协作机制，提高水产业的科技创新能力，加大水产业政策补助，实现绿色水产的可持续发展。

Changyang Tujia autonomous region is a county with predominant condition of developing aquaculture. The re- search said that the entire production of aquatic products in Changyang county has been saturated. At the same time, there are many problems on managerial system, Illegal fishing, developing notion, research input, scientific level and so on, which challenges the sustainable development of its green aquatic products industry. As for those problems, our group puts forward some basic solution on the basis of deep investigation. Changyang county government should do well aquaculture scientific planning, industrial structural adjustment actively, strengthening fishery management, create a good business environment, es- tablish aquatic product cooperation mechanism, raise aquaculture technology innovation ability, increase aquaculture policy al- lowance, the realization of green fisheries sustainable development.
