因润滑油加氢装置进料过滤器反冲洗、泵体排凝和灌泵等操作,所产生的重污油量较大,而该部分污油较难处理。文章着重阐述在充分利用现有设施的前提下,稍加改造暨新建相应重污油流程至临近装置,将重污油充分回收并作为燃料利用,实现其技术、企业和社会价值。

Plenty of heavy slop oil is produced by the operation of feeding filter backwash,drain condensate of pump body and priming of pump,which is really hard to deal with.The paper focuses on the full utilization of existing facilities,tactfully and slightly modifying the process to adequately recover the heavy slop oil and let it flows to the nearby plant being fuel,finally achieving its’ technical,enterprise and social value.
