随着人们对汽车内部环境质量要求的提高,各主机厂纷纷出台各种检测方法及限额来改善汽车内部的环境质量,国家也在制定一些推荐或强制标准来限制车内有毒有害物质。文章使用国际通用的VDA278方法,通过对不同配方组合所制泡沫制品VOC的检测分析,推断VOC的来源,依此优化配方,得到低VOC的系统。

With the increase of the environmental protection and health requirements,various test methods have been introduced by the most OEM and set up the spec to improve the environmental of interior of the car.And some recommendation or compulsory standards have been set up by the country.The paper which was based on the analysis about the VOC source of the foam which made by different formula,modify formulation to low VOC system.
