在近几年来线路板企业外迁及扩产的大趋势下,线路板项目日益增多,环评审批对这类项目建设提出了诸多更高的要求,使得做好该类项目环境影响评价工作难度更大,对评价的重点和深度把握不准。文章结合当前形势、环保管理要求和开展此类项目环评的经验,归纳了线路板项目环境影响评价报告书编制要点,并对评价工作所遇到的难点进行探讨,同时提出建设性的解决方案。

In recent years PCB enterprises face the trend of outsourcing and modification,the number of PCB project is increasing,the Environmental approval authorities have put forward more higher requests for this kind of projects.Therefore EIA work became more difficult,and the evaluation of the emphasis and depth is unsure.Based on the current situation,environmental protection management requirements and experience of this kind of project EIA,the keypoints of PCB EIA report are summarized,and the keypoints in the evaluation work of the difficulties encountered are discussed,meanwhile the constructive solutions are put forward.
