The denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE) technique was used to explore microbial community structure of the activated sludge from different source,which was operated under the same condition.The results showed that the five kind source of microbial population diversified in the same operated conditions,and the dominant microbial populations will be different from each other.
