采用"气浮+混凝沉淀"预处理工艺结合"水解酸化+MBR"生化处理工艺处理可生化性差,含盐量高的原油脱水废水及污泥脱水滤后液废水。试验结果表明,在进水电导率为6500-8000μs/cm、COD7824-18334 mg/L、石油类390-579 mg/L的情况下出水COD平均为32 mg/L、石油类平均为3.7 mg/L,去除率分别为99.7%和99.2%,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级排放标准。
採用"氣浮+混凝沉澱"預處理工藝結閤"水解痠化+MBR"生化處理工藝處理可生化性差,含鹽量高的原油脫水廢水及汙泥脫水濾後液廢水。試驗結果錶明,在進水電導率為6500-8000μs/cm、COD7824-18334 mg/L、石油類390-579 mg/L的情況下齣水COD平均為32 mg/L、石油類平均為3.7 mg/L,去除率分彆為99.7%和99.2%,齣水水質達到《汙水綜閤排放標準》(GB8978-1996)一級排放標準。

The pretreatment process of Coagulation and sedimentation and the biochemical treatment process of Hydrolysis acidification and Membrane Bio-Reactor process was adopted to treat the wastewater of crude oil dehydration and sludge dewatering filter solution with bad biodegradability and high salinity.The operation results showed that when the inflow index of conductivity is 6500~8000 μs/cm、COD 7824~18334 mg/L and oil content 390~579 mg/L,the average removal efficiency for COD is 99.7 % and oil content is 98.4 %.The effluent quality reaches the first level criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996).
