碱式氯化铜是高效低毒的新型饲料添加剂,文章研究出一种能够克服传统方法缺点的新工艺,在合适的诱发剂、滴加速度、进料比例、反应pH、反应时间、搅拌速度等条件下合成符合质量要求的碱式氯化铜晶体,并对其废水进行有效的处理后循环利用,达到节能减排、降低成本的目的。

Copper chloride hydroxide is a new feed additive with high efficiency and low toxicity.A new process which can overcome the disadvantages of traditional methods is developed in this paper.Copper chloride hydroxide meeting the requirement of the quality can be synthesized in the suitable conditions of appropriate eliciting agent,adding speed of raw materials,feeding proportion,reaction pH,reaction time,stirring speed,etc.The waste water produced in the production process can be recycled after being efficiently dealt with,meeting the standards.The process can achieve the goal of saving energy,reducing discharge and lowering the cost.
