将棉秆、苍耳秆和西红柿杆三种生物质在管式炉内热解,对获得的生物质油通过三步升温、常压蒸馏法分离出四个流程的馏分,其中第二个馏分(98-103℃)作为目标产物即精制木醋液,对此的物理性能进行了测定比较,采用(GC-MS)分析测定了棉秆精制木醋液的化学成分。经分析得:三种植物的精制木醋液得率范围为37%-41%近似相等,有机酸的含量为7.022%~7.973%,pH为2.98~4.01,有机酸含量均大于7%;棉秆精制木醋液含醋酸26.56%,丙酮37.82%及21.1%的烷烃类,其有机成分比较集中。
將棉稈、蒼耳稈和西紅柿桿三種生物質在管式爐內熱解,對穫得的生物質油通過三步升溫、常壓蒸餾法分離齣四箇流程的餾分,其中第二箇餾分(98-103℃)作為目標產物即精製木醋液,對此的物理性能進行瞭測定比較,採用(GC-MS)分析測定瞭棉稈精製木醋液的化學成分。經分析得:三種植物的精製木醋液得率範圍為37%-41%近似相等,有機痠的含量為7.022%~7.973%,pH為2.98~4.01,有機痠含量均大于7%;棉稈精製木醋液含醋痠26.56%,丙酮37.82%及21.1%的烷烴類,其有機成分比較集中。

Three kind of biomass namely cotton stalk,Xanthium stalk and tomato stalk were pyrolysised in the tube furnace,and biomass oil and the chemical composition of cotton stalk wood vinegar were determined.By the three-step heating process and separated into four fractions and the second distillation fraction(98~103 ℃) considered as the refined wood vinegar,and physical and chemical properties were compared;Chemical composition of refined cotton stalk wood vinegar were determined by(GC-MS) analysis.The wood vinegar yield of the three plants were approximately equal and ranged from 37 % to 41 %,a ranged from 7.022 to 7.973 %,pH ranged from 2.98 to 4.01,composition of organic acid more than 7 %;Acetic acid of cotton stalk wood vinegar was 26.56 %,2-acetone 37.82 % and 21.1 % of the alkanes,the other organic components are concentrated.
