利用绿茶有效成分的水溶性和功效,将绿茶热水浸提液添加到洗发香波中,通过单因素实验和正交实验,得到了绿茶洗发香波的最佳原料配比和制备的工艺流程。通过微生物检测和自愿受试者使用情况的反馈,表明本研究所制的洗发香波不仅能清洗头发、头皮,还具有去屑、止痒、软发、调理等功能的洗发香波。该制备工艺简单、操作方便、性价比高,适合大小工厂、企业的生产。
