以氢氧化钠、水玻璃及水泥对粉煤灰(掺入一定量氧化钙)进行活性激发,采用蒸汽养护制度在80℃的条件下对粉煤灰试样进行蒸汽养护,研究水灰比、碱激发剂的种类、碱的掺量等因素对碱激发粉煤灰的强度发展规律。研究结果表明:水灰比对碱激发粉煤灰的强度发挥有很大的作用,当达到成型要求时其适宜的水灰比一般为0.38;复掺比单掺的效果好,其中氢氧化钠和水泥的复掺效果优于水玻璃和水泥的复掺效果;水玻璃和氢氧化钠作为激发剂激发粉煤灰时的最佳掺加量为10%。

The development principle of intensity of alkali-activated fly ash with water cement ration,the variation of their alkali type,content of alkali by NaOH,sodium silicate and cement activating fly ash(mix in CaO) on condation at 80 ℃ steam conserve was studied.The results showed that water cement ration had large effect on alkali-activated fly ash intensity,feasible water cement ration was 0.38 while it was fit for molding;together blending was superior to solely blending,the activated effect of NaOH and cement together blending was superior to sodium silicate and cement blending together.The best content of sodium silicate and NaOH was 10%when they used as alkali-activated reagent to solely activate the fly ash.
