以耐高温性能优于绢云母的金云母为基材,TiCl4为沉淀剂,SnCl4为晶型促进剂,通过液相沉积法成功制备金云母钛珠光颜料。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析对金云母钛珠光颜料的结构进行表征,重点探讨了该种液相沉积法对金云母钛珠光颜料的制备效果。结果表明TiO2纳米粒子均匀地包覆于金云母表面,且TiO2纳米粒子粒径均匀,分散性好。

Phlogopite which has higher temperature resistance than sericite acted as substrate,TiCl4 acted as deposition agent and SnCl4 was used as crystal type promoter,a novel series of titania-phlogopite pearlescent pigments were sythesized by liquid phase deposition method.Then the pigments were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results revealed that TiO2 nanospheres coated on the surface of phlogopite homogeneously and the spherical TiO2 diameter was uniform.In addition,the nano particles were well-distributed.
