声学检测技术以其价格低廉、信号量丰富等优势广泛应用与农产品无损检测。但由于其抗干扰能力较差,容易引入诸多干扰信息,影响农产品声学检测结果。因此,本文提出了适用于农产品声学特性检测系统的信号调理电路,通过差分电路、音频放大电路和带通滤波器等硬件电路提高声学信号的信噪比,简化后续数字信号处理,提高检测效果。
聲學檢測技術以其價格低廉、信號量豐富等優勢廣汎應用與農產品無損檢測。但由于其抗榦擾能力較差,容易引入諸多榦擾信息,影響農產品聲學檢測結果。因此,本文提齣瞭適用于農產品聲學特性檢測繫統的信號調理電路,通過差分電路、音頻放大電路和帶通濾波器等硬件電路提高聲學信號的信譟比,簡化後續數字信號處理,提高檢測效果。

Compared with other non-destructive determinative technologies,acoustic detection technology has been widely applied in agricultural products for that of low price and rich information.However,acquisition of agricultural products' acoustic signal is easy to be mixed with a lot of interference information which affects the subsequent process.So,this article provides a determinative system for agricultural products based on the acoustic resonance,which increased the signal to noise ratio by design of differential circuit,audio amplifier and bandpass filters,which simplify the digital signal process and enhance the detection efficiency.
