高压直流输电工程中的直流分压器是极母线、中性母线电压的核心测量设备,直流电压的正确测量是保证直流控制保护系统正确控制保护行为的关键。实际运行经验表明,直流分压器内部绝缘闪络导致其内部分压、均压的阻容值发生变化,此时分压器电压传递函数发生突变,二次侧感受到的电压发生畸变,从而可能导致直流控制保护误动作。结合现场实测波形,通过PSCAD/EMTDC仿真分析定性确定了直流分压器内部不同故障点所引起的电压变化规律,在总结故障成因的基础上提出了相关反措建议。

The DC voltage divider is the core measurement equipment of the pole-bus voltage or the neutral-bus voltage.The correct measurement of DC voltage is the key to ensure proper control and protection actions.Actual operating experience has shown that the voltage transfer function has changed when there is internal flashover,which changes the resistance and capacitance values.Then the measured DC voltage at secondary side will be distorted,which leads to the misoperation of the DC control and protection system.Combining the measured waves,the DC voltage divider is modeled in PSCAD/EMTDC,and the flashover fault is simulated and analyzed.Some anti-accident measures are also provided to avoid such fault.
