IEC 61850对采样值的同步提出了较高要求,但并没有给出实现方案。针对现有采样值同步方案的不足,文中研究了一种基于IEC 61588和通用面向对象变电站事件（GOOSE）的交互式采样值传输机制。间隔层智能电子设备采用IEC 61588精确对时协议与相关合并单元的采样值控制块对应的从时钟进行同步,并通过GOOSE协议对采样值控制块进行采样控制。该机制可以不依赖外部对时,实现高精度同步采样。

Although IEC 61850 has put forward very high request on time synchronization of sampled values,the implementation scheme has not been provided.Referring to the shortages of existing sampled values synchronization scheme,an interactive sampled values transmission mechanism based on IEC 61588 and generic object oriented substation event(GOOSE) protocols is presented.The intelligent electronic device(IED) in bay layer adopts IEC 61588 precision time protocol to synchronize the corresponding slave clock of the sampled values control block of the merging unit concerned.And sampling control is completed on sampling value control block through GOOSE protocol.This mechanism can achieve high precision synchronization without depending on external time synchronization signal.
