以隆德县好水川小流域内的一座小（1）型水库和11座骨干坝为研究对象,以库坝的防洪运用和兴利运用为主要目的,简要介绍好水川小流域的基本情况,根据小流域的特点,综合考虑小流域内需水量和各骨干坝蓄水量之间的关系,以多年观测数据为基础,对照设计资料,计算出库坝的特征水位,制定了一套切实可行的调度办法,构建了好水川小流域水资源联合调度的基本模式,对保证整个小流域内水资源的高效利用具有十分重要的现实意义,对同类型小流域的水资源调度也具有一定程度的借鉴价值。

Haoshuichuan small watershed within a small(1)reservoir and the 11 key dam to the dam′s flood control use and reasonal use as the main purpose,basic situation of Haoshuichuan small watershed was introduced.According to the characteristics of small watershed,considering the relationship between the storage capacity of small watershed in domestic demand of water and the backbone of the dam,observational data of many years,and control of design information,we calculated the characteristics of the dam water level to develop a set of feasible scheduling approach,and built a Haoshuichuan small watershed scheduling mode.The scheduling of the same type of basin water resources to ensure efficient use of water resources throughout the basin has a very important practical significance and a certain degree of reference value.
