有关苜蓿的耐逆性研究一直是牧草学研究的热点之一,研究领域也逐渐从形态水平发展到生理、生化及分子生物学等更深入的领域,并取得了很多有价值的研究成果。简述了紫花苜蓿耐逆性状遗传、耐逆性状分子标记、耐逆基因克隆的研究,综述了利用生物技术和诱变技术相结合的方法改良紫花苜蓿耐逆性的研究进展,旨在为紫花苜蓿耐逆育种提供参考。

The research on abiotic stress tolerance in Medicago sativa is hot in forage researches.The research has been developed from morphology,physiology,biochemistry,molecular biology to even more in-depth field,which has many valuable results.The variety of genetic basis,molecular markers and gene cloning in alfalfa under abiotic stress were reviewed in this paper.Genetic basis of stress-tolerant traits was briefly introduced and advances in improvement of stress-tolerance by induced mutation and genetic transformation in alfalfa were reviewed,so as to provide references for stress-tolerant breeding of Medicago sativa.
