邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂(PAEs)凭借其优良的增塑性能成为世界上使用最广的增塑剂,然而目前PAEs已成为全球最普遍的环境激素类污染物,它的毒性对于青少年及幼儿影响最大,故各国都颁布了相关法规对PAEs进行限制。本文研究内容包括:(1)确定邻苯二甲酸酯实物标样的制备工艺;(2)选择聚氯乙烯(PVC)为实物标样的基质,分别制备低、中、高三种不同浓度的含有6种邻苯二甲酸酯实物标样(长丝);(3)对制得的邻苯二甲酸酯实物标样进行拉伸性能检测、均匀性及稳定性检测;(4)根据检测结果,对邻苯二甲酸酯实物标样的拉伸性能、均匀性及稳定性进行评价分析。

린분이갑산지류증소제(PAEs)빙차기우량적증소성능성위세계상사용최엄적증소제,연이목전PAEs이성위전구최보편적배경격소류오염물,타적독성대우청소년급유인영향최대,고각국도반포료상관법규대PAEs진행한제。본문연구내용포괄:(1)학정린분이갑산지실물표양적제비공예;(2)선택취록을희(PVC)위실물표양적기질,분별제비저、중、고삼충불동농도적함유6충린분이갑산지실물표양(장사);(3)대제득적린분이갑산지실물표양진행랍신성능검측、균균성급은정성검측;(4)근거검측결과,대린분이갑산지실물표양적랍신성능、균균성급은정성진행평개분석。
Phthalic acid esters(PAEs)are the most widely used plasticizer in the world because of their nice performance.However,as the most wide spread pollutants,PAEs has the greatest influence on infantsand teenagers,which leads to world wide restriction by many countries.The object of this research includes the following:(1)Finalizing the manufacturing process of phthalates reference filaments in lab.(2)The phthalates reference filaments,including 3 kinds of reference filaments with low,medium and high concentration of PAEs,were prepared with the PVC as primary substance. (3)The tensile test,the homogeneity test and the stability test were performed for over all analysis of the phthalates reference filaments.(4)The tensile property,the homogeneity and the stability of the phthalates reference filaments were evaluated, according to the results of above experiments.
