The hardware and software design scheme of semi-active tag is presented. By using Low Frequency(LF) wake-up receiver chip AS3933 to realize LF wake-up receiver function of the Semi-active Tag. Calculates and discusses the relevant parameters of the parallel resonance circuit for the module of LF wake-up receiver and introduces the circuit's design and program's design. After testing LF wake-up communication of the Tag and the reader, the distance of LF wake-up receiver is over 3m, and the application of the LF wake-up ability can cut down the system's power consumption obviously.
