针对油井砾石填充防砂作业过程中,准确测量注砂量难度大、自动化程度低的情况,开展了基于声波传感器的砾石填充注砂量测量技术研究。本文介绍了砾石填充注砂的方法,分析了注砂时砂粒与管壁碰撞后产生的信号特点;提出了非接触式的超声波传感器测量注砂量的方法,设计了基于DSP技术的注砂量信号采集和信号处理系统,实现了砾石填充过程中注液量和注砂量的实时监测。通过试验,验证了测量方法的可行性,系统操作方便、自动化程度高,测量精度较高.满足现场的应用的要求。
