分析了陀螺声音对平台性能的影响,提出间隙变化是导致陀螺声音变大的重要因素,进而通过提高零件的装配一致性.从而避开由于陀螺故障导致平台的失效。最后通过建立陀螺声音测试系统,试验验证了理论分析的正确性和改进措施的有效性.改善了稳定平台系统的可靠性。

The influence of platform function caused is analyzed by gyro voice and put forward the idea that clearance change is the important factor to the increase of gyro voice. From this point of view,the failure of platform caused by gyro trouble can be avoided by means of increasing the component assembling consistency. Finally,the gyro voice test system for gyro stabilization platform has been established and experiment data demonstrated the correctness of theocratic analyses and validness of modifying measures. The reliability of the stable platform is improved.
