According to the problem that manual controlling process of greenhouses is complicated, high costs and low efficiency, a cheap-simple greenhouse control system which Based on STC89C55 MCU was designed. The system can real-time monitor the environmental factors in greenhouse, such as temperature, humidity, light intensity and carbon dioxide concentration, and can adjust the Greenhouse environment automatically to meet the growth requirements of different crops according to the preset parameters. The design methods of system hardware and software are fully described, simulation and practical application has shown that the system has the features such as :simple and convenient operation , stable performance and low cost etc, the system can meet the needs of greenhouse monitor and control, which has good prospects and application worthy.
