对桤叶唐棣进行组织培养研究,结果表明,诱导培养基配方为MS+ BA 0.6 mg/L+ NAA 0.12 mg/L+ IBA0.4 mg/L+蔗糖35 g/L+琼脂8g/L,诱导率达到了74%;增殖培养基配方为MS+ BA 1.5 mg/L+ IBA 1.0 mg/L+蔗糖35 g/L+琼脂8 g/L,增殖倍数达到5.56倍;生根培养基配方为1/2MS+ NAA 0.05 mg/L+ IBA 1.0 mg/L+蔗糖35 g/L+琼脂8 g/L,生根率达91%.
